Woodbridge Islamic School is an educational institution that is dedicated to providing students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success both in their academic and personal lives. The school recognizes the importance of academic excellence and provides students with the tools and resources they need to achieve their full potential. At the same time, WIS is equally committed to preserving and promoting the values and traditions of Islam. The school’s mission is to ensure that students not only excel academically but also develop strong character traits that are rooted in the Islamic tradition. This includes values such as integrity, compassion, and respect for others. By balancing both academic rigor and character development, WIS aims to produce graduates who are not only knowledgeable and successful but also kind, ethical, and grounded individuals.
Vision
Woodbridge Islamic School strives to produce graduates who are well-equipped to handle the challenges of the modern world. These students are expected to have developed a strong sense of independence and the ability to think critically, evaluate information, and make informed decisions. In addition to this, WIS places a strong emphasis on instilling a moral foundation in its students, providing them with the ethical compass that will guide them as they navigate through life. As a result, WIS graduates are expected to become leaders in the Muslim American community, using their skills and values to contribute to society in meaningful ways.
